Thai curry soup

Tastes just like mama never used to make.

Ingredients

Recipe

  1. Saute the onion, ginger, and garlic in oil of choice.

  2. Add the curry powder or paste and other spices. Cook until fragrant.

  3. Add the peppers and carrots. Cook until soft.

  4. Add the soy sauce and chili sauce. Warm through.

  5. Add broth, coconut milk, tofu, and edamame. Cook for 10-15 minutes until hot.

  6. Add greens at the end and cook until wilted. Finish with limes and garnish.
